Lara Dutta Recalls Scary Escape From Dubai

Actress Lara Dutta recently shared her tense experience of returning to India from Dubai during tensions related to the Iran–United States conflict.

She said the situation felt very much dramatic that she joked about being part of Airlift sequel.

Lara had moved to Dubai temporarily so her daughter could train with a tennis coach while her husband Mahesh Bhupathi was in London for work.

She said they were living close to Jebel Ali Port which was under attack. Wanting to reunite with her family she drove to Fujairah to catch a flight.

Even at the airport they could hear explosions. Lara said the experience was scary and her daughter might feel some trauma after it.
